The Five Active Ingredients

• Himalayan Shilajit — purified resin, standardised for fulvic acid content. Published RCTs have examined its effects on a range of outcomes; the most-cited is a 2015 double-blind trial in healthy men (Pandit et al., Andrologia).
• Lion's Mane Mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) — published research has examined its effects on Nerve Growth Factor pathways in laboratory and clinical settings.
• Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) — a traditional Asian medicinal mushroom with a published research base.
• Ashwagandha (KSM-66) — the most clinically studied form of ashwagandha extract; multiple published RCTs have examined its effects on stress-related markers.
