Most people who take NMN supplements are doing so without knowing where they started. They don't know if their NAD⁺ levels are critically depleted, marginally low, or already reasonably maintained. They have no way to measure whether supplementation is working. They are guessing.

Why Your NAD⁺ Level Matters More Than You Think
NAD⁺ is involved in over 500 biochemical processes — cellular metabolism production via the electron transport chain, DNA repair via PARP enzymes, circadian rhythm regulation via SIRT1, and mitochondrial biogenesis via PGC-1α. Every cell in your body needs it to function. When it runs low, almost everything runs less efficiently.
NAD⁺ levels decline by roughly 1–2% per year from your mid-30s. By age 50, most people have approximately half the NAD⁺ they had at 25. The Test and Supplement Protocol
For anyone taking NMN — or considering it — the NAD Level Test creates a measurement framework that turns supplementation from guesswork into evidence:
Step 1 — Establish your baseline. Test before you start NMN to know exactly where your NAD⁺ levels sit. Are you critically depleted, or just declining with age? The answer informs whether you should start with NMN Pure (500mg) or consider a higher dose approach.
Step 2 — Supplement consistently. Take NMN Plus (500mg β-NMN + Trans-Resveratrol) every morning for 90 days. Consistent daily supplementation is what shifts NAD⁺ levels meaningfully — not occasional use.
Step 3 — Re-test. A second test at 90 days tells you whether your levels have responded, by how much, and whether further adjustment is warranted. This is how longevity medicine actually works.

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment of the goods without incurring charges. Refunds will be given at the discretion of LITTLE OX, but the general guidelines are as follows: Any goods purchased by a customer of LITTLE OX which have been damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge. Any undamaged goods will not be replaced unless there is some material fault with the contents. If a return of goods and refund is requested for unused and undamaged goods, and the goods were originally shipped correctly and according to the customer's original order, we may accept the request but there will be a 10% restocking fee to cover the administrative costs involved in processing the return. Refunds apply to the cost of goods only. Due to the limited shelf life of our products such goods will not be accepted for return and refund or replacement beyond 14 days after receipt of goods by the customer.
